I created The Path of the Senses to help people slow down, reconnect with nature, and with themselves. Through simple weekly invitations for each sense, you learn to notice, reflect, and find calm, clarity, and connection in everyday life. For deeper exploration, group sessions and one-on-one sessions are also available.
