Nature & Sensory Guide · Shinrin Yoku · Sound Healing
Reconnect with nature through your senses free invitation
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or simply disconnected from yourself? In a world that keeps speeding up, it's easy to forget what it feels like to simply be present. At Sensible Sense, I believe nature can help you remember what you already know, not by doing more, but by noticing more.
What is Shinrin Yoku?
Shinrin Yoku, also known as forest bathing, is the Japanese practice of mindfully immersing yourself in nature. Research shows it lowers cortisol levels, strengthens the immune system and calms the mind. No performance, no goals just presence.
What will you download?
A free sensory exercise you can do outside today. At your own pace, with no preparation needed. You'll learn to notice what you see, hear, feel, smell and taste and discover how nature can gently shift your perspective.
