OPEN MIND, OPEN HEART

EXPERIENCE NATURE, FIND YOUR ESSENCE

SHINRIN YOKU

Forest bathing

Shinrin Yoku, or forest bathing, is the practice of immersing yourself in nature with all your senses. Originating in Japan in the 1980s, it was developed after discovering the healing effects that spending time in nature has on both body and mind.

By walking slowly, listening, feeling, and breathing in the forest air, you begin to sense the softness and calm that nature offers. This gentle presence creates space to slow down, ground yourself, and listen to what lives within you.

Forest bathing helps reduce stress, improve mood and sleep, and strengthen the immune system. Above all, it invites you to reconnect — with nature, and with yourself.

Connecting with Nature

We perceive the world with all our senses. Consciously and unconsciously, we process a huge amount of stimuli every day. Whether we are working, relaxing, or meeting others — it increasingly happens through a screen. Especially if you live in the city, where you are constantly “on” and easily distracted, overstimulation is a real concern.

Being constantly overstimulated affects your health. Think of a computer running all day — it also needs to rest occasionally to function properly.

A connection with nature plays an important role. Nature gently nourishes us, brings peace to our bodies, and holds up a mirror for us. But how do you stay connected to nature? How do you truly engage with it and experience its impact on you? And how do you carry that natural calm into your daily life — so you can reconnect with yourself?

I would love to guide you through this experience as Your Shinrin-Yoku Guide , so that you can feel for yourself what nature does for you.

Join me in nature for a Shinrin-Yoku session

Shinrin Yoku, also known as Forest Bathing, is an invitation to slow down and open your senses. In two hours, I’ll guide you into nature. Through gentle invitations , you’ll explore how to release tension, ground yourself, and reconnect—with the world around you, and with yourself.

During a guided Shinrin Yoku session, I create a calm and conscious space where you are invited to slow down, arrive, and be fully present. Through gentle invitations, I help you open your senses — to truly see, hear, feel, and experience what is alive within and around you.
You are encouraged to be present in the moment, allowing your mind to quiet and your body to relax.

Along the way, I share insights about the science behind nature’s effect on body and mind, helping you understand what you are feeling and experiencing.  My role is to hold space for whatever arises — for rest, reflection, and intuitive insight.

From there, a sense of connection unfolds: with nature, with others, and with yourself.
At the end of the session, you carry this feeling of clarity, balance, and belonging back into your daily life — a quiet reminder of what it means to be truly present.
