SENSIBLE SENSE

EXPERIENCE NATURE, FIND YOUR ESSENCE

BUSINESS OFFER · CUSTOMIZED

Working from your natural rhythm.

Nature-based workshops for teams and leaders. Not as a team outing, as a strategic investment in clarity, connection, and sustainable energy.

You can't stay sharp if you never take the space to land.

WHY NATURE WORKS

More energy, not by doing more.

Scientific research shows that time in nature lowers stress hormones, calms the nervous system, and restores concentration. This translates directly into better decisions, sharper focus, and a team that works together better.

Broadening perspective

Outside the fixed context, you see connections that you miss indoors. Nature literally provides space for a broader view.

Team connection

Shared experiences in nature build trust in a way that meeting rooms cannot provide.

Sustainable energy

Not a peak moment of inspiration, but a shift in how you work, driven by rhythm rather than adrenaline.

Sensory intelligence

Learn to spot signals sooner, in yourself, in your team, in your environment. That is leadership on a deeper level.

WHAT I OFFER

No fixed packages. Every process is tailored to your team, your challenge, and your context.

Team workshop

The same foundation as a personal session, but structured more professionally. Focused on team connection, alignment, and a perspective from nature.

Session for leaders

The leader experiences it firsthand. A personal session that clarifies what is at play, within yourself and in your organization. A starting point for broader collaboration.

THE APPROACH

Nature-based learning, what that means.

Not burnout prevention. Not a day outdoors as a reward. But a fundamentally different way of looking at how people do their best work.

Nature works in cycles, growth, bloom, rest, and renewal. You do too. But somewhere along the way, we have forgotten that. Shinrin Yoku helps you recognize and integrate that rhythm, not as a one-off reset, but as a shift in how you work, make decisions, and recover.

From reacting to regulating. From surviving to working from your own natural rhythm. That is not a quick fix, that is a sustainable solution.

HOW IT WORKS

From introduction to experience.

Free introductory meeting

We discuss your context, the team, and what you want to achieve. No obligations, just aligning to see if it’s a good fit.

Tailored proposal

Based on our conversation, I will propose a plan, location, structure, duration, and guidance. Fully tailored to you.

The session or the program

Outdoors, in motion, with mindfulness. No theory, just experiencing. With space for reflection and integration.

Taking it into your work

What you experience outside, you take inside. That is the goal, not a one-off moment, but a lasting shift.

PATH OF THE SENSES

Six steps, each a sense. After step six, you start again, on a deeper level.

Your guide

I am Sabrina

Working in the commercial and non-profit sectors for nearly 30 years. A multicultural upbringing taught me to see the similarities where others see the differences.

Nature does the same. I believe in simplicity and I show you that returning to your senses is never as complicated as it seems.

I speak the language of business and that of nature.

Reconnect with nature through your senses free invitation
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or simply disconnected from yourself? In a world that keeps speeding up, it's easy to forget what it feels like to simply be present. At Sensible Sense, I believe nature can help you remember what you already know, not by doing more, but by noticing more.

What is Shinrin Yoku?
Shinrin Yoku, also known as forest bathing, is the Japanese practice of mindfully immersing yourself in nature. Research shows it lowers cortisol levels, strengthens the immune system and calms the mind. No performance, no goals just presence.

What will you download?
A free sensory exercise you can do outside today. At your own pace, with no preparation needed. You'll learn to notice what you see, hear, feel, smell and taste and discover how nature can gently shift your perspective.
