I created the Path of the Senses to help people slow down, reconnect with nature, and with themselves. Through simple weekly invitations for each sense, you learn to notice, feel, and reflect, finding calm, clarity, and connection in everyday life.

As a certified Shinrin Yoku guide and Sound Healing practitioner, I guide people back to their own natural rhythm. Because everything is connected, nature shows us that.

For deeper exploration, group sessions and 1:1 sessions are also available.
